1. Service Definition
Stellara is an AI-powered personal astrology service. We provide daily horoscopes, personal star readings, tarot readings, compatibility analysis, and conversational astrology chat through our web application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Each person may maintain only one account.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, please notify us immediately at hello@stellara.chat. Stellara is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized account use.
4. Plans
Free Plan: Daily horoscope (once per day), one introductory personal reading, one daily tarot single-card pull.
Pro Plan ($9.99/month or $79.99/year): Unlimited personal readings, unlimited tarot readings, unlimited compatibility analysis, 20 chat sessions per month, reading history, and priority responses.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via email.
5.1. EU/EEA Residents: Digital Content Consent
If you are an EU/EEA resident purchasing a Pro plan, you will be asked to explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and to acknowledge the waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art.16(m). Our separate 7-day refund policy (Section 6) still applies.
6. Refund Policy
Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days: No refund; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Technical issues: Pro-rated refund for service outages on our end.
Duplicate charges: Full refund upon confirmation.

7. Entertainment Disclaimer
ALL readings provided by Stellara are for entertainment and self-discovery purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Stellara does not claim psychic, supernatural, or occult abilities. Our service uses AI-powered natural language generation informed by traditional astrological interpretation — no spiritual or supernatural processes are involved. Readings are computer-generated text, not human psychic readings. You acknowledge that readings are not scientifically verified facts.
7a. Health & Safety
This service is not intended for mental health diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing distress, self-harm thoughts, or suicidal ideation, please contact a professional helpline or medical provider immediately. If our AI detects a crisis situation, it will pause the reading and display professional support resources.
8. AI-Generated Content
Stellara readings are generated by AI (Claude API by Anthropic). All AI-generated content is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. You use the service at your own risk.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: prompt injection (attempts to manipulate the AI), automated scraping or bot access, resale or redistribution of readings, harassment of other users, and any illegal use of the service.
10. Intellectual Property
Stellara's brand, UI, and prompt designs are proprietary. You may use AI-generated readings for personal purposes. Commercial use of readings is prohibited. Rights to your own input remain with you.
11. Changes & Termination
Stellara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Upon termination, Pro users will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period.
12. Limitation of Liability
Stellara's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then by the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
US Residents: Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under JAMS Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing hello@stellara.chat.
EU/EEA Residents: The arbitration clause does not apply to you. EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
